The Linkury Smartbar is one of the next generation of toolbars, giving added value to internet content publishers via a number of unique ways of discovering content and enhancing user engagement. Linkury has already showcased its Smartbar at a number of leading digital marketing conferences and shows, and plans to continue this trend through 2012.

The number of events addressing digital marketing and online content marketing is evidence of the incredible growth in this field in recent years. There are some 50 events lined up for 2012 – some have already been, many will take place in the coming months. No-one can be everywhere. South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive
A not-to-be-missed show attended by Linkury in March 2012 was South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive. This is one of a set of conferences that has been taking place since 1987 in Austin, Texas. SXSW Interactive focuses on emerging technology and over the years has earned a reputation as a hothouse for innovative technologies and ideas. SXSW is more than just a conference – it is an experience. Linkury was there to showcase the Smartbar alongside other innovative technologies.
OMExpo 2012 - Madrid
OMExpo is the major event for digital marketing in Spain, offering an opportunity to meet with peers, see what’s new and network with peers. Linkury was at OMExpo in Madrid in March 2012, which was the 8th edition of this well-known event. The two day event logged more than 10,000 visitors.
ad:tech San Francisco
The ad:tech digital marketing conference in San Francisco is also known as THE digital marketing and networking event, and as many others in the field, Linkury was there to showcase its flagship product – Smartbar. The best trends and technologies are showcased at ad:tech, while it also serves as a meeting ground for leading companies and experts in digital marketing. It is also a forum for presenting new products. There are a variety of platforms for the exchange of ideas including forums with keynote speakers, discussions led by experts in the field and workshops. The conference provided an excellent opportunity for networking with the best minds in digital marketing.
The HubSpot Inbound event will be making its debut in August in Boston, Massachusetts. This event is the successor to the HubSpot User Group, with the promise of being bigger and better. If you’re wondering what inbound marketing is – it is the idea of getting the attention of your prospects, making yourself and your product easy to find, attracting customers to your website and keeping them there for as long as possible. One of the ways to do this is by creating content that customers value.
HubSpot Inbound is expecting more than 2,000 visitors to the 3-day event that will present workshops in small groups, product demos, networking activities and several impressive keynote speakers, among them marketing strategist and author David Meerman Scott and SEO expert, Rand Fishkin. Participants will also be able to hear results of market studies. Content Marketing World (CMW)
Although CMW was only launched in 2011, this conference has already made its name among those at which to be seen. It has fast become one of the largest events for professional content marketers with the 2011 show gathering more than 600 professional from 18 countries around the world. A visit to CMW will equip you with all the materials required to put a content marketing plan in place. CMW 2012 will take place in Columbus, Ohio in September 2012, and already includes participation by many leading brands, both small and large.
